The general philosophy at Mackinder Wares is to create a positive environment and long lasting relationships for all customers. Your shopping experience at Mackinder Wares should be made as quick and painless as possible. As all of the goods listed are handcrafted, there may be a turnaround time of two weeks for some pieces. Communication and transparency will be at the forefront of transactions that are made to order.

 

Returns/Exchanges:

There is a 14 day return policy. Goods must be in new/unused condition in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that you contact info@mackinderwares.com for questions, concerns, or fulfillment of potential returns. There will not be a refund issued for shipping costs for items that are returned or exchanged.

 

Shipping:

As of right now, Mackinder Wares only ships within the United States. Items will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Note that there may be 2-3 days for items to be processed before shipping.

 

Custom Orders:

I am always open to new ideas when it comes to design, materials, or colors. If you have a special request for an existing design to be made a particular way, contact info@mackinderwares.com and we will hash out the details. When it comes to designing custom leather goods, there may be a longer turnaround time depending on the procurement of materials and the design process.

 

Handcraftedness: (not a word)

Anyone can purchase leather goods mass produced from a factory. Mackinder Wares is appealing to many because of the handcraftedness that each item has. Some items may be stiff in the beginning, but leather is meant to be broken in slowly. There will be a variance or uniqueness to each item that is handcrafted.
